Campus interview @ Creative Academy – Graphic Designers – February2019
At Creative Academy, with a commitment on 100% placement we regularly arrange interviews for our students and also bring in companies to conduct campus interviews in our centres.
This month we had Pixxy Etail Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an eCommerce image editing services company showing interest to recruit our Design – Print – Publish students. The students who have done this course at Creative Academy, get trained on graphic designing courses in Chennai and that perfectly matches with Pixxy’s requirement.

The selection process:
The selection process consisted a total of 2 rounds.

Round 1. Technical Interview (Practical)
Round 2. HR Interview (one to one)

Mr.Mohan.G, Head of Operations and Ms.Misha, HR, represented Pixxy and were in-charge of the selection process at Creative Academy Chennai campus.
The process started with a 15min introduction about the company to Creative Academy’s students, once the introduction was over, the technical interview started.
The participants were given a task to complete in 30mins.
A total of 11 students with knowledge on graphic design attended the interview. After the 1st round of technical interview 5 of our students got selected for the HR round, which was a one to one interview session. 4 students were selected during the HR interview and were informed to join the company during March 2019.
